Job Description
Zagus Power Systems Limited is seeking a proactive and experienced HR and Admin Manager to oversee our human resources and administrative functions in Lagos. This position involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment processes, fostering employee relations, and ensuring adherence to Nigerian labor laws. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of three years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
Key responsibilities include recruitment management, maintaining employee records, coordinating training initiatives, and enforcing company policies. The successful candidate should exhibit excellent organizational, interpersonal, and leadership abilities, in addition to proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
