Job Description
KRISHAT PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Human Resource Personnel to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Responsibilities will include screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. This position entails welcoming new employees and assisting them in understanding their benefits and compensation, while ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing. Furthermore, the candidate will be tasked with ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to human resources.
