Job Description
Vinsighte Limited is currently looking for a dedicated Human Resource Officer to manage recruitment processes, foster employee relations, and promote a positive workplace culture in Lagos. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 150,00 to 250,00, commensurate with experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, maintaining employee records, enforcing HR policies, and coordinating training initiatives. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with at least 2 years of HR management experience.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are vital, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
