Job Description
Spurt Solutions is seeking a committed Human Resource Officer to join our team in Lagos. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00, with convenient application options available.
The ideal candidate should hold a degree and possess at least 2 years of entry-level HR experience. Key responsibilities include formalizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing performance assessments, spearheading recruitment initiatives, and maintaining employee records.
We are looking for candidates who have a proven track record in enhancing team dynamics and morale, along with a readiness to work in-person 2-3 days per week. Preference will be given to those capable of supporting hourly-wage workers.
