Job Description

Location: Ikota/Orchid Road, Lagos (Residential proximity to the Island is crucial).

Work Mode: Fully Onsite

Salary: ₦150,00

The HR Officer is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance to ensure a productive workforce. Key responsibilities include coordinating recruitment processes, managing onboarding, fostering employee engagement, identifying training needs, and maintaining accurate records. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and 2-4 years of relevant experience is required.
