Job Description

Salary: ₦150,00/month
Kanselor is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to provide support across various HR functions. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment efforts, manage employee relations, and ensure adherence to labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and selection activities.
- Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts.
- Manage employee benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.
- Support the implementation of training programs.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, a minimum of 2 years of HR experience, and excellent communication skills.
