Job Description
juliesdeskhr&consults is seeking a skilled Human Resource Officer to lead recruitment, support employees, and enforce company policies. Responsibilities include creating job descriptions; advertising vacancies on Indeed, LinkedIn, and the company site; screening resumes; coordinating interviews; onboarding and training new hires; maintaining personnel records; monitoring performance; managing employee relations; ensuring health and safety compliance; and administering HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Requirements: BA/BS in Human Resources or Business and a minimum of 2 years’ HR experience (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organization and problem-solving abilities, discretion with confidential information, and professionalism under pressure.
