Job Description
Ant-Shopping, a proud subsidiary of RSIN Group, has been a prominent player in multiple industries since its inception in 2003. With our headquarters located in Fuzhou, Fujian Province, we primarily focus our operations in Nigeria and other countries across Western Africa. We are currently looking for a dedicated Human Resource Officer to become part of our vibrant team in Lagos on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Chinese HR manager in the execution of departmental duties.
- Monitor and enhance daily operational processes.
- Oversee local recruitment and the onboarding of new employees.
- Manage attendance records, salary inputs, calculations, and associated benefits.
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
- No Criminal Record
- Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
