This position involves assisting with recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring the accuracy of HR records. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably within an educational environment. Strong communication and organizational abilities are crucial, as well as a solid understanding of HR principles and employment laws. Professional certifications in Human Resources will be considered an advantage.
