Job Description
Staffora Global is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Manager to become a vital part of our innovative team in the cryptocurrency and fintech industry in Lagos. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations, overseeing recruitment processes, and formulating HR policies while ensuring adherence to Nigerian labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, and training programs.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, and exceptional communication skills are required. Candidates must reside in proximity to Ikeja, Egbeda, or Iyana-Ipaja.
Location: Ikeja, Lagos (On-site).
Salary: NGN 250,00 – 300,00.
