Job Description

Seal Group is currently looking for a Human Resource Manager to lead and coordinate HR activities in Lagos. This full-time role offers a competitive salary between NGN 250,00 and 400,00, negotiable based on your experience.

In this position, you will oversee recruitment efforts, implement HR policies, and maintain employee records. You will also be responsible for performance management, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting a positive workplace culture. A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of HR experience are essential qualifications for this role.
