Job Description
Royal Gateway Consulting International Service Company Limited is looking for a skilled Human Resource Manager to join our Abuja team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00 within the Tourism & Travel sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee recruitment, training, and development while ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, conducting performance evaluations, and administering compensation and benefits. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting professional development aligned with organizational objectives.
Applicants must possess an HND in a relevant field and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
