Job Description
Kelina Hospital, located in Lagos, is currently seeking a qualified Human Resource Manager. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 250,00 to 400,00 per month. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum degree and a minimum of three years of relevant experience in Human Resources Management, preferably within the healthcare sector or a large corporate environment.
Key responsibilities include leading HR functions, developing and implementing policies, coordinating staff training, and providing support on HR-related issues. Candidates must reside in Abuja, have a strong understanding of Nigerian Labour Law, and hold relevant certifications such as CIPM or SHRM.
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Salary: NGN 3.6 Million Per Annum (Minimum)
