Job Description

Jobvet Services is seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee all HR functions. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, facilitates efficient hiring processes, and fosters a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will support the company’s objectives through recruitment, employee relations, and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations and conduct exit interviews.
• Lead performance management reviews.
• Ensure HR policy compliance with regulations.
• Organize training and support employee growth.
• Oversee payroll and manage benefits programs.
• Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field; certification preferred.
• 5+ years in HR.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR software.

Salary: N250,00 – N300,00 monthly.
