Job Description
The Human Resource Manager will lead the development and execution of HR strategies to support plant operations and ensure workforce stability. Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and union negotiations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in manufacturing, and a comprehensive understanding of Nigerian Labor Law to foster a cooperative environment between management and unionized staff.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing setting, and active membership in a recognized HR professional body. Strong negotiation skills, emotional intelligence, and proficiency in HR software are essential.
Compensation includes a monthly salary ranging from N400,00 to N500,00, health insurance, pension contributions, and more.
