Job Description
Distinct Star Schools, located in Lagos, is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Manager to enhance our HR operations and strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and retention strategies, overseeing performance management systems, ensuring compliance with Nigerian labor laws, and providing expert advisory support to our Senior Leadership Team.
