Job Description
ADTM Tech is excited to announce an opening for a Human Resource Manager in Lagos! We are looking for a detail-oriented HR professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience to spearhead our recruitment efforts, ensure adherence to compliance standards, manage employee relations, and promote a thriving workplace culture. In this role, you will design and implement HR policies, oversee payroll coordination, and develop training programs that facilitate employee growth and development.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 250,00 to 400,00.
