Job Description
Adron Homes and Properties Ltd is looking for a proactive Human Resource Manager with 3-5 years of experience in HR management. This position will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process from start to finish.
- Oversee employee documentation and well-being initiatives.
- Assist with performance evaluations and training coordination.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
