Adron Homes and Properties Limited is looking for a Human Resource Manager to lead the recruitment process, manage staff administration, and oversee salary operations in the specified region. This position ensures adherence to company policies, fosters the achievement of regional hiring objectives, and supports employee management to enhance productivity and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities: Direct recruitment initiatives, formulate and execute HR strategies, manage staff administration, and oversee salary procedures.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, 3-5 years of HR experience, exceptional leadership abilities, comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, and a high level of integrity.
