Job Description

We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Human Resource Manager at our prominent cafe in Abuja. This is a full-time role offering an exciting opportunity to lead and enhance our HR functions.

Qualifications:

  • Age Limit: 30-40 years
  • 5-7 years of managerial experience in the retail sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or Humanities from an accredited university
  • Membership in the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM)

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience
  • In-depth understanding of HR principles
  • Proficient IT skills, facilitation, and presentation abilities
