Job Description
HR-Aid Consults is on the lookout for a Human Resource Associate for our esteemed client, a renowned IT Company based in Ikeja, Lagos. This full-time role requires candidates to hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess 3-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
The successful applicant will demonstrate exceptional recruitment capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of performance management, payroll processes, and labor laws. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, with preference given to candidates residing near Ikeja. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Salary: N300,00 monthly. Immediate availability is required.
