Job Description

Landgate Investment Limited is committed to providing excellence in real estate and investment properties to our customers. We are currently seeking a dedicated Human Resource Assistant to join our team in Lekki, Lagos. This is a full-time position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee databases and manage HR correspondence.
  • Track attendance and leave records to assist with payroll.
  • Support the HR Manager in hiring and policy development.
  • Post job vacancies, shortlist candidates, and arrange interviews.
  • Facilitate orientation and training for new employees.
  • Act as a liaison for employee communications and inquiries.
  • Coordinate HR schedules, meetings, and events.
  • Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws.

Requirements:

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 3 years of experience.
