Landgate Investment Limited is committed to providing excellence in real estate and investment properties to our customers. We are currently seeking a dedicated Human Resource Assistant to join our team in Lekki, Lagos. This is a full-time position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee databases and manage HR correspondence.
- Track attendance and leave records to assist with payroll.
- Support the HR Manager in hiring and policy development.
- Post job vacancies, shortlist candidates, and arrange interviews.
- Facilitate orientation and training for new employees.
- Act as a liaison for employee communications and inquiries.
- Coordinate HR schedules, meetings, and events.
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws.
Requirements:
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 3 years of experience.
