Job Description
Fhemfel Home is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource Assistant to support our HR department. The ideal candidate will assist with various HR tasks, maintain employee records, and ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes.
- Maintain employee records.
- Support onboarding for new hires.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies.
- Assist in preparing HR reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred.
- 2+ years of HR experience is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must reside in Gwarinpa or nearby.
Salary: N130,00/month.
