Job Description

Estrada International is currently seeking a skilled HSE Manager to develop and implement Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, facilitating safety training programs, and monitoring HSE performance to ensure adherence to environmental sustainability practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and enforce HSE policies and standards.
• Perform risk assessments and implement preventive measures.
• Conduct safety training sessions and emergency preparedness drills.
• Track HSE performance and ensure compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with regulatory authorities as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Environmental Science (HSE certifications are essential).
• Over 7 years of HSE experience within relevant industries.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO standards, specifically ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
