Job Description
Giasun Technology Nigeria Limited seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to lead staff engagement initiatives and foster a positive, productive workplace. You will design and implement engagement strategies aligned with business objectives, analyze employee feedback and sentiment data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and coach managers on engagement and retention best practices. The role requires strong collaboration with diverse stakeholders to drive measurable improvements in morale and performance.
- Minimum 4 years in HR business partnering or a related role
- Proven expertise in staff engagement strategies
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Full-time; salary: ₦250,00 per month
