Job Description
Greenwich Merchant Bank is in search of a dedicated HR Operations Officer to provide both strategic and operational support in managing vital HR processes. Key responsibilities include overseeing payroll and statutory remittances, effectively managing employee relations, supervising HR operations, handling exit management, administering staff benefits, and overseeing Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) management.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a minimum of 7 years of relevant HR experience, with a strong foundation in HR operations and benefits management. Experience within the financial sector is an added advantage. A degree is mandatory for this senior-level role.
Salary: Competitive and negotiable, within the range of NGN 600,00 to 900,00. This is a full-time position located in Lagos.
