Job Description
We are seeking an HR Officer to support daily HR operations and promote a positive work environment. Key responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment: job postings, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding;
- Maintain employee records and HR databases;
- Provide payroll inputs (attendance, leave) and monitor compliance;
- Address staff queries and escalations, coordinate training, and draft HR communications;
- Safeguard confidential files and ensure policy adherence.
Requirements: OND/HND/B.Sc in HR or related field, 1–3 years of HR/administrative experience, knowledge of Nigerian labor practices, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office, organization, and discretion. Compensation: ₦120,00–₦150,00 per month.
