Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Officer to lead various human resource projects and offer human capital advice. The ideal candidate will foster a supportive and engaging work environment by prioritizing employees as our first clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement HR initiatives aligned with our employee-first vision.
- Create employee-focused initiatives to boost engagement and performance.
- Design and oversee the annual learning and development plan.
