Job Description
Careers Verified is on the lookout for an experienced HR Officer to enhance our Human Resources team. In this role, you will manage essential functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, and HR administration, while ensuring adherence to company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, maintain employee relations, manage HR administration, facilitate performance management, coordinate training and development, and ensure policy compliance.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a minimum of 2 years of HR experience; thorough understanding of labor laws and HR best practices; excellent interpersonal skills; and proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
