Job Description
BAYKINS PHARMACY is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, conduct performance appraisals, and develop initiatives to enhance employee relations. You will also implement effective compensation and benefits, promote organizational cultural alignment, and support staff training and development.
This is a full-time position with a monthly pay range of ₦100,00.00 – ₦150,00.00.
