Job Description
Ascentech Services Ltd is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer based in Ikeja, Lagos. The successful candidate will possess 2 to 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and will play a crucial role in supporting HR operations, which encompass recruitment, compliance, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities: This role includes overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting performance management initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and addressing disciplinary issues.
Requirements: Applicants should hold an HND or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, demonstrate strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, and have at least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.
