Job Description

Zonex Fintech Limited, a dynamic tech startup focused on cryptocurrency transactions, is in search of an experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective HR policies, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, all while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related field, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience. A professional HR certification such as CIPM or SHRM is required. We encourage applicants aged 20-35 with strong communication and leadership abilities to apply.

This is a full-time role based in Lagos, offering a competitive salary ranging from NGN 250,00 to 400,00, plus commission.
