Job Description
HR And Its People seeks an experienced HR Manager for our Real Estate division based in Victoria Garden City (VGC), Lagos. This full-time, on-site role will drive staff performance, establish and manage revenue-linked KPIs, lead recruitment and onboarding, oversee performance management, and implement HR policies and organizational structures. Candidates must demonstrate proven HR management experience and strong KPI and performance-management capabilities. Salary: ₦300,00–₦400,00 per month.
