Job Description
Owens and Xley Consults, a prominent recruitment firm located in Lagos, is in search of a committed HR Manager to advance our mission of assisting Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) through exceptional consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard skilled candidates.
- Facilitate resolutions for workplace conflicts.
- Manage office logistics and facilities.
- Conduct performance assessments and salary reviews.
- Establish and communicate effective HR policies.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in HR Management with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
Salary: N350,00 – N500,00 monthly.
