Job Description
Location: Mainland, Lagos
Salary: ₦250,00
Marvel Advisory is in search of an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR functions within our logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving recruitment, workforce planning, and talent management, alongside implementing performance management systems specifically designed for logistics operations.
This role includes supervising training initiatives, staff development, and succession planning, while ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Requirements include a B.Sc. or HND in Human Resources or a related field, over 5 years of HR experience (with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity), and prior experience in the logistics sector. Exceptional communication and leadership skills are a must.
