Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain HR policies aligned with company goals.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including onboarding.
- Conduct training on compliance and team building.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in HR or Business (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and HR software.
