Job Description
Hobark International Limited (HIL), an oil and gas staffing and services group founded in 1998 with headquarters in Lagos and offices in four countries, is seeking a full-time, permanent HR Manager based in Lagos. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CIPM/SHRM preferred) and have a minimum of seven years’ HR management experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor law
- Lead talent acquisition and oversee performance management programs
- Administer HRIS and maintain accurate HR records
- Proficient in MS Office; strong communication, conflict resolution, strategic thinking, and ability to perform under pressure
