Job Description
Eko Supreme Resources Nigeria Limited, located in Abeokuta, Ogun State, is in search of an experienced HR Manager to lead all human resources and industrial relations initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, a degree in a related field, and comprehensive knowledge in recruitment, performance management, compensation, and labor law.
The selected individual will be responsible for developing HR policies, managing employee relations, spearheading recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Additional duties include overseeing compensation and benefits programs, providing counsel to senior management, and fostering employee engagement.
