Job Description
Cynosure Professional Services is recognized for our outstanding Human Resources management and training programs. We are actively seeking a proactive NYSC Corper to become a valuable member of our HR team located in Igbo-Efon-Lekki, Lagos.
Job Location: Igbo-Efon-Lekki, Lagos

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and the HR database
- Support payroll, leave, and training procedures
- Manage administrative HR tasks and enhance employee engagement
Qualifications:
- Currently serving Corper in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Interest in Human Resources Management
