Job Description
Helean Global Limited, a leading Human Resource Solution Provider located in Lagos, Nigeria, is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of HR Factory Support. This full-time position is based in Mowe, Ogun State.
The HR Factory Support will be responsible for managing daily HR activities within the factory, overseeing the recruitment and onboarding of factory personnel, creating payroll files, facilitating performance management processes, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, possess a minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a factory setting, demonstrate excellent communication abilities, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
The monthly salary for this position ranges from N170,00 to N200,00 (Net).
