Job Description
We are looking for a committed and proactive HR Executive to join our team, where you will be instrumental in developing our people strategy and enhancing workplace culture. Your primary duties will encompass managing the complete recruitment process, aiding in HR policy development, addressing employee relations, coordinating training initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 3-4 years of relevant HR experience, a solid understanding of labor laws, and exceptional communication skills.
