Job Description
Pere Castle Consultants is currently seeking an HR Executive to join our team in Lagos. This full-time role offers a competitive salary between NGN 150,00 and 250,00 within the Banking, Finance, and Insurance sector. The ideal candidate should hold a minimum of an HND and have at least 3 years of mid-level HR/Admin experience.
Key responsibilities include managing performance evaluations, spearheading talent acquisition, designing training programs, overseeing compensation and benefits, and fostering employee relations. The successful candidate must exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to excel in a dynamic work environment.
