Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain accurate employee records, assist with payroll processing, implement HR policies, and support training and development initiatives.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, minimum 2 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, strict confidentiality, effective problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with HRIS.
