Job Description
Location: Ajao Estate, Lagos
Work Schedule: Mondays – Saturdays
Salary Range: ₦250,00 – ₦300,00
ELVARIDAH is seeking a skilled HR Executive to spearhead the transformation of our HR systems in alignment with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess 4-6 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment, implementing performance management systems, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing strategic HR guidance to management.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, a strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.
