Job Description
Location: Lagos
Salary: ₦400,00 – ₦500,00 monthly
Reporting to: General Manager (GM)
Business Units: Co-working Space & Pharmacies
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to oversee HR functions within our co-working space and pharmacy divisions. The successful candidate will provide essential support to operations managers, enabling the General Manager to concentrate on critical business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategy and operations.
- Offer HR guidance to operations managers.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor regulations.
- Manage employee relations and performance issues.
- Prepare and present HR reports to the GM.
