Job Description
The Borough Lagos is seeking an HR Assistant to perform a variety of administrative duties within our HR department. Key responsibilities include supporting day-to-day HR operations, maintaining employee records, coordinating meetings, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes. You will act as a liaison between the HR team and employees, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of inquiries.
Applicants should have proven experience in an HR or administrative role, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with HR software. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
