Job Description
Philban Consulting Ltd is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to HR executives and professionals, ensuring smooth operations within the HR department.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with employee inquiries and managing incoming mail
- Creating and distributing important HR documents
- Compiling and updating both hard and soft copies of employee records
- Supporting the recruitment process by identifying candidates and conducting reference checks
- Issuing employment contracts for successful candidates
