Job Description
Japan Indicator is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to become a valuable part of our team in Lagos. This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary ranging from NGN 250,00 to 400,00.
Job Summary: The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, manage employee onboarding and offboarding, and maintain accurate employee records. Additionally, you will assist with company events and oversee payroll and attendance management.
Requirements: Candidates must possess a minimum qualification of HND, along with at least 1 year of entry-level experience. Exceptional English communication skills and proficiency in office software such as Word and Excel are essential for success in this role.
