Job Description

Location: Lagos State

Salary: ₦3,00,00 Annually

Lorache Consulting is looking for a highly skilled HR & Admin Officer to provide extensive support to our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring compliance across various activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations for optimal efficiency.
  • Coordinate and ensure compliance of office activities.
  • Manage schedules and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Organize meetings and company events.
  • Maintain adherence to regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR and Administration.
  • Strong understanding of employment regulations and HR policies.
