Job Description
Odeva Spiv Ventures, a women’s wear label rooted in African fabrics and accessories, is seeking an HR / Administrative Manager.
Located on the Mainland in Lagos, this full-time role encompasses overseeing HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities: Manage office functions, schedule events, maintain company assets, motivate staff, and ensure smooth communication.
Qualifications: Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related fields, plus HR certification (SHRM or ACIPM), with 3-5 years of progressive HR experience.
Salary: N180,00 – N200,00 monthly.
